I can help you to more effectively identify and cope with challenging thoughts, feelings, memories and emotions while connecting with the values that make life more meaningful for you.
I practice with an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed framework, and I acknowledge how identities such as race, gender, sexual identity and economic background impact the lived realities of clients.
Individual therapy sessions are offered to BC residents by video or phone.
